Keynote Jane Hart
We are delighted to welcome Jane Hart , founder of the Centre for Learning & Performance Technologies (C4LPT), as our Key Note Speaker who will be presenting on the topic of ‘Learning in the Modern Workplace’
Jane Hart’s 10 year longitudinal study of learning tools shows that modern professionals are learning in new ways at, through and for work. In her keynote she will reveal the characteristics of the modern professional learner – as well as the tools they use and the new skills they have acquired. She will also consider what these new learning behaviours mean for Higher Education both in terms of preparing today’s students for the modern workplace, as well as for academics’ own professional development.
Keynote Professor Martin Stringer
Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Professor Martin Stringer will again provide our final keynote speech. Professor Stringer will outline details of his vision for the development of the digital agenda at Swansea University .
